“Find what you love to do and you’ve discovered what you were designed to do.”- R. Mathis
For Agnes Pagan, helping others is a way of life. Since childhood, she has felt the innate desire to assist others in reaching their highest level of self-fulfillment. Whether it is through motivation, encouragement or counseling/coaching Agnes often found herself pushing the people around her to be better. Agnes believes it is this passion that continues to push her to go above and beyond to serve her clients.
Agnes’ unique professional experience ranges from providing case management and conducting investigations for neglect/abuse/exploitation for state funded agencies, to providing individual, couples and group counseling services, to serving as an Executive Sales leader in the competitive senior living market. During her tenure as Director of Sales and Marketing, she enhanced public education and brand awareness by creating sales strategies and initiatives to increase monthly sales and professional referrals.
With Agnes’ educational background, clinical mental health training, and sales experience, she has adopted a holistic approach when serving her clients – believing it is critical to meet her clients exactly where they are at and utilizing techniques that best suit the client.
Agnes believes incorporating mindset work to improve overall business structures and to advance within careers is imperative. Some of the techniques she utilizes derive from cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology and humanistic theories.
Agnes is a graduate of the unsinkable Albany State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She later obtained her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from South University and received formalized training from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County to obtain her Certification in Professional Coaching. Agnes is currently pursing her PhD in Organizational Leadership in efforts to continue to expand her knowledge base and expertise. Agnes has been featured in blogs such as Tiny Buddha and Confessions of an Ambition Girl.
When she is not working with clients, you can catch Agnes refueling her fire by spending precious time with friends and family, working out at her local gym, or enjoying her favorite cup of coffee at a local café.
